    Before the Project

    Taser operates in the residential and commercial plumbing and water-supply sector, delivering products and installations for real projects.

    Despite having active sales and market presence, the company did not operate as a brand.

    There was no Brandbook, no unified message, and no structured digital brand system.

    Visuals, communication, and decisions were inconsistent and dependent on individuals rather than a clear framework.

    Hataw Group Process

    We started by defining the brand from zero structure, not redesign.

    The first step was clarifying Taser's brand position, message, and boundaries within its market.

    From there, we built a complete Brandbook to serve as the foundation of the Hataw Group branding system.

    This Brandbook became the reference point for all future visual, verbal, and digital decisions.
